Leading with empathy: a new take on childcare management

The clearest signs a childcare center has outgrown spreadsheet waitlist management, and what it actually costs you to keep running on one.

A spreadsheet can hold a waitlist, but it can't rank it, notify families, or show parents where they stand. Here's what actually changes when a center automates waitlist management instead.

A digital waitlist and a paper one both just hold names in order. What actually changes when you switch is who can see a child's position, how fast an offer gets answered, and how much staff time goes into answering 'where are we on the list.'
